Jeff Sullivan

President

Mr. Sullivan leads the day-to-day general management of the Company, with particular focus on profitability, growth strategies and executive plan execution. Most recently the principal of an Energy-based consulting business, his industrial experience spans engineering & construction, asset integrity, project management and environmental services. He brings a history of positive results in organizational development, business start-up and executive leadership, including nearly 10 years of work history in the helical piling market

BJ McCurdy

VP of Operations

Mr. McCurdy oversees all aspects of the Company’s field operations, including construction, personnel training and vendor and subcontractor management. His 30 years of progressive Energy service experience includes more than 10 years of helical piling construction and executive management, where he successfully led a TEAM of up to 150 people. His focus is the implementation and execution of safe and efficient operations across all levels of field construction and supervision

Chris Haltom Helicor

Chris Haltom

VP of Commercial

Leading the Commercial efforts, Mr. Haltom is responsible for strategic Customer relationships, Sales TEAM development and overall topline growth. His experience includes nearly 20 years of Energy construction service, more than six of which were most recently dedicated to Customer service, departmental growth and executive management in the helical piling market. His industry knowledge and reputation provide immediate credibility with Customers and talent recruiting and retention capabilities for the Company

Stephen Willis

VP of Engineering

Mr. Willis directs the Engineering department and technical development of the Company. A Professional Engineer and a Civil/Structural practitioner for more than 15 years, Mr. Willis holds P.E. licenses in 39 states and leans on over seven years of experience as a departmental manager and executive leader at a helical piling service contracting business. Most recently, the Company acquired his personally and wholly-owned engineering consulting business, PPM Consulting, incorporating the firm’s expertise in structural design and analysis, geotechnical reporting analyses, load calculations and pile design and layout

Tyler Lundy

VP of Projects

Managing project execution and involved in all aspects of the Company, Mr. Lundy is responsible for the seamless integration of Sales, Engineering and Construction. His 13-year Energy career is marked with progressive success, including the past eight years at a leading helical piling contractor, for which he most recently served as Dir. of Sales. His acute ability to navigate engineering and construction project complexities serves as a tremendous asset and ensures departmental connectivity

Sean Ralston

VP of Finance

A Chartered Financial Analyst, Mr. Ralston has over twenty years experience in the oil and gas, chemical, and banking industries. Most of his career was with Enable Midstream Partners, where he grew to lead the company’s Financial Planning and Analysis team. During his time with the company he assisted with the $11 billion merger of predecessor companies Enogex and Centerpoint Midstream, contributed to Enable’s $2.2 billion IPO and initial debt offering, and assisted with the $7.2 billion merger with Energy Transfer. His focus will be on establishing strong financial partnerships to support Helicor’s strategic growth.
