The customer needed to expand an existing compressor station in an area with poor soil conditions and a fast timeline. Helicor was selected for its ability to provide quick engineering turnaround and mobilize materials and crew within two weeks. The team installed 25 helical piles in just three days, allowing the customer to complete the expansion ahead of schedule.

The customer required an evaluation of the geotechnical report to determine if helical piles were a viable foundation solution for a renewable gas plant. HELICOR’s engineering team reviewed the report and provided preliminary pile specifications. A test installation was performed, which confirmed feasibility, leading to the full-scale design and phased execution of 600 helical piles.

HELICOR was contracted to provide engineering services for the helical pile foundations and structural steel design of a new compressor station. The team validated the feasibility of helical piles for the site, procured materials, and installed 125 piles, completing the project ahead of schedule.

Due to an increase in gas demand, the customer needed to reconfigure equipment at an existing booster station supported by helical piles. HELICOR was contracted to engineer the new equipment setup, provide updated pile details, and remove and install new helical piles. The 16-pile project was completed in just one day, allowing the customer to install equipment the following day.
